Thickeners

Sludge thickeners are used for volume reduction of the sludge by removing excess water from the system to reduce the load on the dewatering equipments. Sludge in circular basins are collected with a bar with palettes and then are sucked through the center to the dewatering equipment. These equipments could be manufactured from epoxy coated, galvanized steel or stainless steel.
